$350 - Family (full membership; voting rights; boat slip possible)

$270 - Single ((full membership for one adult, voting rights; boat slip possible)

Private Road Maintenance Fee

$130 Private Road Maintenance Fee, all memberships.

Fire Protection Fee

$38 Fire Protection Fee, all memberships (member payments are submitted to the Sale Creek Fire Department by CFBCC on behalf of members).

Optional amenities

$350 - Boat Slip per quarter (waiting list)

$ 55 - Boat Trailer Parking Lot Fee (per year)

$ 55 - Exclusive Clubhouse Use

Initiation Fee

I understand that there is an Initiation Fee of $100 (waived if lineal descendant of current member or tenant of a club member).
